Income Potential - Start a Horse Based Business!

We currently run 7 horses on this property without any problem. They are fed hay in the winter and graze in the rotated fields all summer, from about June-September, and have access to a paddock paradise track that keeps them moving regularly. The stables includes 8 stalls, each 4m x 4m with automatic waterers, sliding doors, anti-weave grills, and food bucket access portals allowing you to change out feed buckets from the aisle without having to enter the boxes. The aisle is nearly 4 meters across, so there is plenty of room to tack up inside the barn, or you could do it outside in the wash rack area where there are two sets of crossties.

In this area, full pension in a facility of this quality, with access to a riding arena and many kilometers of beautiful trails, costs between 200-350 euros per month. Even if you don't have your own horses, you could offer these stalls up to people seeking pension for their equines, either on a semi-permanent basis or for riders passing through the area. And, if you have the expertise, it would be well suited to offering horse riding lessons and horse training, as there is ample parking and good visibility to the local public. There are many dressage, jumping, endurance, and other competitions within an hour's drive and plenty of other horse enthusiasts looking for riding partners in the local area.
